Hello, this blog moved around quite a lot over the years and I fear the initial file is completely lost. I had to dig into my mail archives to find the original files back and re-package them. The content may not be exactly the same as what it used to be, but it should be close enough. I hope it will be useful to you.

Also, the file extension changed. Apparently, wordpress does not like .tgz, but is just file with .tar.gz.</description>
